Nearly 400 Attend the Opening Day of the 2010 Christian Filmmaker's Academy

May Jesus Christ alone receive the glory for a very special opening day at the Christian Filmmakers’ Academy. The report from staff, speakers and past attendees was a resounding affirmation that the Lord gave us the single most inspiring and helpful day in our five year academy history. Doug Phillips, Kirk Cameron, Stephen Kendrick, Isaac Botkin and Geoff Botkin brought a power-packed line-up that included messages on Epistemology for Filmmakers, comparison of the acting styles of Marlon Brando with Jimmy Stewart, an amazing Christ-exalting dialogue with Kirk Cameron that ranks as one of the most inspirational messages in the history of any Vision Forum event, discussions on managing sets, unions, and a rousing, hilarious and very practical session on screen tests and acting.
