Sponsorship Levels

With your help, the San Antonio Christian Film Festival and Jubilee Awards will continue the tradition of excellence and professionalism. To do so, we seek to raise $1 million dollars to completely underwrite the event, and maintain a debt-free operation. By partnering with the SAICFF, your organization will reach a wide audience of filmmakers, industry professionals, and families from across America and around the world.

Following are details on the sponsorship opportunities which are available. Please contact us with any questions at sponsors@saicff.org. (Customized sponsorships are available, and anonymous giving is also welcomed).

Up to $5,000 — Contributing Sponsor

• Receive 2 free passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (one 8 x 8 space). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Program Credits: Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the SAICFF Festival Guidebook.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as a Contributing Sponsor on the SAICFF website.

$5,001 - $10,000 — Performing Sponsor

• Receive 4 free passes to the Filmmakers Academy, and 5 free passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Double Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (two 8 x 8 spaces). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Program Credits: Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the SAICFF Festival Guidebook.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as a Performing Sponsor on the SAICFF website.

$10,001 - $15,000 — Premiere Sponsor

• Receive 6 free passes to the Filmmakers Academy, and 8 free passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Double Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (two 8 x 8 spaces). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Program Credits: Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the SAICFF Festival Guidebook.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as a Premiere Sponsor on the SAICFF website.

$15,001 - 25,000 — Academy Sponsor

• Receive 8 free passes to the Filmmakers Academy, and 12 free passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Double Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (two 8 x 8 spaces). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Program Credits: Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the SAICFF Festival Guidebook.
• Stage Banner: Your company logo will be displayed on the award presentation stage side screen projection banners, or in main hall.
• Banners which include your organizations logo will be displayed at prominent locations throughout the venue halls and/or theaters.
• Stage Recognition: A representative of the SAICFF will publicly give thanks for your sponsorship before the general assembly at the Awards Ceremony, encouraging people to support your work.
• A rotating slide on screen during breaks between film screenings advertising your organization.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as an Academy Sponsor on the SAICFF website.
• Email Blast: an email blast notification will go out to all our filmmakers and attendees, letting them know of your partnership, and our thanks.

Over $50,000 — Jubilee Sponsor

• Includes 10 free passes to the Filmmakers Academy, and 25 free passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Special seating at the opening night ceremony and the Jubilee Awards ceremony.
• Double Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (two 8 x 8 spaces). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Program Credits: Your organization’s logo will be displayed in the SAICFF Festival Guidebook.
• Special Dinner: A special dinner will be scheduled, allowing all the VIP members to interact with each other, interact with several aspiring independent filmmakers, meet the judges, and talk with the director of the SAICFF, Mr. Doug Phillips. A table of 8 seats will be made available, reserved for your organization.
• Presidential Recognition: The President of the SAICFF will personally offer his thanks for your organization’s sponsorship during the general assembly at the awards ceremony for all Jubilee Level Sponsors.
• Stage Banner: Your company logo will be displayed on the award presentation stage or in main hall.
• Banners which include your organizations logo will be displayed at prominent locations throughout the venue halls and theaters.
• A rotating slide on screen during breaks between film screenings advertising your organization.
• A brief video clip before each film screening session listing your organization as a SAICFF sponsor and thanking you for your sponsorship.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as a Jubilee Sponsor on the SAICFF website.
• Email Blast: an email blast notification will go out to all our filmmakers and attendees, letting them know of your partnership, and our thanks.
• Workshop: The SAICFF will offer your organization a 30-minute workshop for your representative to explain and promote your work, and your reasons for supporting the SAICFF.
• Advertising Benefits: Your organization will be given a 1 page full color advertisement* in the SAICFF Guidebook.

$100,000 and Above — VIP Platinum Sponsor

The SAICFF will tailor this sponsor package to meet the needs of your organization, and will include the following benefits:

• Includes 10 free passes to the Filmmakers Academy, and 25 free all access passes to the SAICFF Festival.
• Special seating at the opening night ceremony and the Jubilee Awards ceremony.
• Our VIP Platinum Sponsorships will be customized to best suit your organizations needs. Some of the perks and special opportunities we can offer are as follows.
• Your organization will be given the option to sponsor one of the Best of Category Awards for Documentary, Narrative, and Feature Film Jubilees.
• Press Release: A press release specifically tailored to announce the sponsorship of your organization will be created and sent out.
• Special Dinner: A special dinner will be scheduled, allowing all the VIP members to interact with each other, interact with several aspiring independent filmmakers, meet the judges, and talk with the director of the SAICFF, Mr. Doug Phillips. A table of 8 seats will be made available, reserved for your organization.
• Presidential Recognition: The President of the SAICFF will personally offer his thanks for your organization’s sponsorship during before the general assembly at the awards ceremony for all VIP Platinum Level Sponsors.
• Signs promoting your organization will be placed at prominent locations throughout the venue halls and theaters.
• A 15 second commercial before each film screening session advertising your organization.
• A rotating slide on screen during breaks between film screenings advertising your organization.
• A promotional video for your organization to be shown during the Jubilee Awards ceremony (up to 4 minutes).
• Double Booth Space: Receive a complimentary booth in the SAICFF vendor hall (two 8 x 8 spaces). You may hand out product samples, merchandise goods, and distribute marketing materials targeted to this energetic consumer segment (upon approval of each product and flyer distributed).
• Workshop: The SAICFF will offer your organization a 30-minute workshop for your representative to explain and promote your work, and your reasons for supporting the SAICFF.
• Advertising Benefits: Your organization will be given a 2 page (1 full spread) full color advertisement* in the SAICFF Guidebook. Additionally, your logo or organization’s name will be posted on event banners, rotating stage gobos, featured on the SAICFF official website.
• A framed collector’s edition photo of the Jubilee Award winners will be sent to you at the conclusion of the event, as a special thank-you for your participation in making their dreams a reality.
• Website Listing: Your organization will be listed as a VIP Platinum Sponsor on the SAICFF website.
• Email Blast: an email blast notification will go out to all our filmmakers and attendees, letting them know of your partnership, and our thanks.
